Music to me
Music to me means fun and art, comfort, relaxation, spirits raise..life isn't anything with out music.music helps me relax and time to think and help me think of great things to write.music is a whole bunch of colors and sound which is like floating on a cloud in the high heavens above our world and that its self means everything.music helps me with my depression and with my autism which when i listen its all goes away.
Fun At The Cabin
i have two cabins up in northern Minnesota up by Duluth and tower.those places are very beautiful all year around.i always have fun at the cabin there's so much to do and see.jet skiing at the cabin in the summer is the best thing and the thing i love to do most.on the lake it is like being on clouds in the heavens above. cabins mean fun and realization .the cabin in tower isn't really a cabin its more a lake home then a cabin its huge.my mom is a cabin its small but out in the boondocks really but still a great place to be. cabin fun list...jet skiing, wake boarding, tubing, water skiing, camp fires, swimming, four wheeling, fishing and go for a ride on the boat its a blast.
Deep Brain Stimulation
Deep Brain Stimulation is a treatment for Parkinson's Disease originally but now they found it can help with depression, anxiety,Tourette Syndrome which are disorders in the brain and can be treated with DBS surgery and other methods.
In December 2006 i had DBS surgery done at the mayo clinic which is the worlds largest medical facility and is very well know clinic. I have A DBS for my Tourettes which was very bad for a few years when i couldn't go to school or do much of anything. i had very painful movements and i was afraid to go because i didn't want to get made fun of either.
DBS for Tourette Syndrome is a very new treatment. i was one of the first people to get it it for Tourettes and it works so its documented
at the mayo and in the medical articles and journals of what the mayo is famous for.
the surgery didn't hurt at all. the surgery was nine hours. dbs is when they put these things called leads in to a perfect spot in your brain that they find and they go down in to your brain and then hook to a battery that it implanted in your chest that sends little electric waves into your brain to counter act the original ones. This changes the electricity in your brain and this is what changes your movements. Now that I have had the surgery I feel much better. My body doesn't get as tired out from having Tourette tics all the time. I can concentrate on doing other things. I feel better about going out in public and to school when my movements are under better control.
is it a very interesting surgery to have and learn about. My Doctors were very nice and helpful.

The effects of Autism that i have
I'm going to tell you what my autism affects.
My autism affects me social and being shy and talking to people, girls.even thought it effects me i don't let it get in my way and shouldn't either.I'm not ashamed about it or anything its part of my life.the effects can change to different things and sometime it might not have effects on you. Autism is not bad.you just need to learn how to live with it.things think of things that might help you with fear,nervous,worried,sad,mad,shy..like for me its music and all about the music.
Dating can be one of the hardest things for people with autism because of being shy and you need to be able to communicate well and learn how not to make each other mad or scare them off or other things. I'm nervous to ask out girls which my autism makes it very hard to. So usually I'll write them a note,or email or text or instant message depending on how i feel.

Living with Autism
Living with Autism isn't easy in fact it's kinda hard or at least for me.
For me having Autism isn't fun it is hard because it has its effect's on dating, writing, music, and everyday living.
I do well. Dating is hard -like its hard for me to ask a girl out or to approach and talk or get to know them even thought I'm a very great guy and boyfriend and caring, loving,a calm guy that a girl loves to be with.
Since i was about five years old i can remember having Autism and other disabilities. iI was diagnosed the same as every who gets diagnosed -a visit to the doctor you know the guy/gal that wears the long white over jacket and that smells of rubbing alcohol and talks to you and ask how your feeling today. I had a great doctor who diagnosed me.
Since then i have been living the normal life of an Adult and going to school, hanging out with friends, playing music, out door sports, dating and so on. It's just different for me because of the autism and other disabilities - but I try to keep my life as normal as possible.
Autism to me is like you have this thing or something on my back it doesn't hurt it doesn't drive me crazy its just things that are easy for other might not be easy for me like alot of things in life.
Even though i have and live with autism doesn't mean I'm bad or that I'm weird or anything.
If you are living with autism, you shouldn't be ashamed. It is nothing to be ashamed of . It is just a part of your life that will always be there. You need to learn how to accept it and not fight it.
You can live a normal life with autism. you could be a doctor, teacher, parent, artist those are some examples you can be who and whatever you want to be!never give up on your dreams!your dreams will come true someday.Always be yourself and the best self you can be!
